The Office of Budget and Management (OBM) has published an update to the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) Local Government Assistance Program guidance. The updated guidance is located at https://grants.ohio.gov/fundingopportunities.aspx under the attachments section. Updates were made to the Frequently Asked Questions section based on additional US Treasury guidance issued on June 24, 2020 to include:

• Amending the ability to use funds to meet the matching requirements for Stafford Act assistance (Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance funds); and

• Providing additional context as provided by the US Treasury to questions regarding personnel costs.
